I specialize in rehabilitation massage and sports injuries with 9 years experience working at Fitness Canterbury.


I trained at the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine and gained a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage with advanced training in back pain, hip and pelvis problems, shoulder injuries, gait assessment and PNF stretching.


I am also a Reiki 3 therapist and teacher. So wether you are needing specific treatment for ailments or healing on an emotional level I am here to help.
